ZOOX - KATO 1

The project involves approximately 21,300 SF of office and amenity upgrades at Kato 1, an existing two-story office, R&D, and manufacturing facility in Fremont, CA.

Improvements include a redesigned lobby with enhanced security access, upgraded office and amenity spaces on both floors and the mezzanine, and additions such as café seating, a servery, co-working areas, conference rooms, and open workstations. Additional work includes logistics office enhancements and modifications to a vibration control room door.

MEYERS+ provided HVAC, electrical connections, compressed air, plumbing and fire protection services.
