ZOOX - FOSTER CITY

The project includes the tenant improvement project for Zoox at 391 Foster City Boulevard, a single-story warehouse and office building with mezzanine, approximately 21,000 rentable square feet.

The initial program includes HV battery labs, thermal chambers, part storage, EOL workstations, reconfigured offices, conference rooms, and restrooms.

The Chess project includes modifications to the existing systems to provide electrical, technology, HVAC, and fire protection systems for the installation of a new Powertrain Bot development and testing facility, new Jabil Chamber, new Dyno Bot lab, and supporting test workstations at 1149 Chess Street in Foster City.
