WILKES BASHFORD

The Wilkes Bashford flagship store is located within the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, California. The store features a variety of luxury brands including Brunello Cucinelli, Zegna, Brioni, Akris in a new built-to-suit two-story building with an area of 25,000 square feet. The store opened in November 2024 and was recognized with a Shop! Retail Design Silver award for its design.

MEYERS+ provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for the project.

ENGINEERING FEATURES
The MEP systems included high efficiency DOAS units with heat recovery VRF systems to provide precise control and thermal comfort within all spaces.  A DALI lighting control system provides custom scene selections for retail and after-hours client appreciation events.  The building was designed to CalGreen with Tier 1 and 2 sustainability measures as required by the City of Palo Alto.
