THE RISE

The project is located on a 50.82-acre site in the heart of Cupertino, CA, a city renowned for its tech-driven innovation and vibrant community life. "The Rise" is strategically positioned to become a central hub within this dynamic environment.

"The Rise" is a mixed-use development that will redefine Cupertino’s urban landscape. With a blend of residential, commercial, and public spaces, the project is designed to foster a seamless integration of living, working, and leisure. The residential component offers a range of unit types, catering to diverse lifestyles, while the commercial spaces are poised to attract top-tier retail and dining options. The project is seeking LEED certification.

The project delivery method is design-build, where the Basis of Design will be delivered at 50% Design Development for the procurement of mechanical and electrical design-build subcontractors.

MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection services.
