PROOF SCHOOL

This project is loctaed at the the Proof School at 221 Main Street in San Francisco, California. The project is a two-floor tenant improvement consisting of 29,109 SF within the existing 16-story building.

The tenant program includes classrooms, maker spaces, multipurpose areas, fitness zone, servery, kitchenette, lounge, dining area, restrooms, meeting rooms, breakout areas, and faculty offices.

MEYERS+ provided a Basis of Design Report for bidding and procurement of MEP/FP subcontractors who produced the construction documents and were the engineers of record.

The method of delivery was design/build with handoff to the subcontractors at completion of the schematic design in the form of a Basis of Design report.
