MEYERS+ is providing professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with Hacker Architects. The project is located at Pier 70 in San Francisco, California and includes the construction and development of a six-story mass timber building.

The project includes the development of a two-building bio-tech campus located in the heart of the South San Francisco bioscience community. The two buildings will comprise bioscience laboratories and office space.

MEYERS+ is providing professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with Project Management Advisors & HCP. The project includes Phase 2 of the Sierra Point multi-building development located along Sierra Point Parkway in Brisbane, CA. The development includes 5 speculative, 3-4 story buildings bioscience laboratories and office space.

Oakland Civic Auditorium
MEYERS+ is providing energy, daylighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with Orton Development and Heller Manus Architects. The project includes the renovation of the existing historic Oakland Civic Auditorium in Oakland, California.
South Almaden San Jose
MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with KPF Architects and Boston Properties. The project is a new mixed-use development including office towers on a parking podium with retail along Almaden Boulevard.

The project includes the new M2 Building, a 295 unit high-rise residential building which is part of the 5M Development planned for the historic San Francisco Chronicle site on 5th and Mission Streets.

MEYERS+ is providing electrical peer review services in collaboration with the City of San Francisco and Related. The project includes a new 16 story office building for various City of San Francisco departments.

MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with House & Robertson Architects, KPF Architects and Forest City Development. The project includes a new office tower with 25 stories above grade of office and amenity space.
San Francisco Armory
MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with TEF Design and AJ Capital Partners. The project includes the renovation and adaptive reuse of the historic Armory building at 14th and Mission Streets for production, distribution and repair (PDR) use.
San Francisco International Airport Courtyard 3 Connector
MEYERS+ is providing mechanical & electrical engineering services in collaboration with HOK and Hensel Phelps. The project includes a new secure connector between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 to provide greater flexibility for gate usage, to improve overall passenger experience and create new spaces to meet airline and airport needs.
South San Francisco Community Civic Campus
MEYERs+ is providing mechanical, electric, plumbing & fire protection engineering services in collaboration with Smith Group. The campus, located at the northeast corner of El Camino Real and Chestnut, will include new fire and police stations, an emergency dispatch hub plus a recreation center and library.
Hearst Generator
MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, & fire protection engineering services in collaboration with the Hearst Corporation and Steinberg Hart Architects. The project includes the removal of an existing generator and fuel tank and the installation of a new, smaller generator inside the building at 901 Mission Street in San Francisco.
Yerba Buena Island
MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with BDE Architecture, Wilson Meany and Hart Howerton. Sustainability services such as energy modeling and renewable power system design & analysis will also be provided. The project is a new residential development located on the hillside of Yerba Buena Island overlooking Treasure Island as well as San Francisco and the East Bay.
101 California Lobby Renovation
MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with BCJ Architects and Hines. The project includes a comprehensive refresh and renovation of the outdoor plaza, the existing glass lobby atrium and tenant amenity spaces.
