MNT STUDIO - MISSION ROCK

The project includes the tenant improvement project for MNT Studio located at 1090 Dr. Maya Angelou Lane in San Francisco, CA. The project includes approximately 3,500 SF on the ground floor.

The space includes a wellness and co-working facility featuring a reception, lobby, and retail area at entry, complemented by a break and wet bar space for refreshments. It includes a co-working area, a reformer pilates studio, and a sauna and cold plunge pool room for recovery. Back-of-house support spaces include restrooms, showers, a corridor, and a utility room.
