LULULEMON SOHO
This project included a full renovation of the former Aritzia space at 524 Broadway in Soho, transforming 17,500 ft² across two floors into a redesigned retail store. The ground floor was reconfigured to include stock rooms, fitting rooms, sales areas, a mechanical room, and a point-of-sale area, while the second floor was updated with additional back-of-house and stock spaces, fitting rooms, sales areas, a flex/mothball area, and another point-of-sale zone.
The project was carried out in two phases—a feasibility study followed by design services—with MEYERS+ providing MEP/FP/FA design and consulting for both stages.
