FITNESS SF - JACKSON & POLK

The project is located at 1600 Jackson Street in San Francisco, CA at the site of the old Lombardi sports store. The building consists of two stories above grade which will comprise the 43,600 SF Fitness SF program spaces, and an existing below grade garage level of 19,500 SF.

The two-story renovation program includes expanded areas for free weights and strength equipment, a recovery zone with massage chairs and cryotherapy lounges, infrared sauna and red light therapy in the locker rooms, two workout studios, approximately 2,000 SF of co-working space, and a dog lounge. The project also provides up to 60 parking spaces and 10 bicycle spots.
