CITYVIEW SAN JOSE

The project is located in downtown San Jose, CA, bounded by Park Avenue, Almaden Boulevard, West San Fernando Street, and South Market Street—adjacent to key landmarks like Adobe HQ and the 200 Park tower. CityView is a large-scale, mixed-use redevelopment project by Jay Paul Co., involving both new construction and adaptive reuse.

The project consists of A 27-story residential tower with 360 units, featuring post-tensioned concrete construction, rooftop amenities, and subterranean parking.

The Tower is the Phase Two component of Jay Paul Company's broader re-envisioning of the former CityView Plaza, a masterplan that collectively delivers 680 new residences into the heart of downtown San Jose. The development is situated one block from the VTA Light Rail and is central to San Jose's cultural, business, and entertainment district.
