In a recent find of my 5th grade notebook where writing on a journal prompt “what do i like to do” my answer was math and creative writing. I’ve always been interested in how things work, as a child I was constantly building things and taking apart anything I could - just to put it back together again. I grew up at the Jersey Shore, which plays a large part in my love for water and community. When it came time for school, Manhattan College seemed to be the perfect place for me. I graduated in 2021 with my Civil Engineering major and an environmental engineering minor. Landing my first job mid covid at an MEP firm in New York City, plumbing and fire protection engineering chose me. My love for the industry and practice has grown since I’ve been in the work field. With every new project I am lucky enough to learn about the client, the design, and new engineering practices, sufficiently fueling my inner child’s love for learning, as there is always more to learn.

Did you know?

In my free time I enjoy spending time outside, whether it be walking, running, or biking, I love to explore and be a part of nature. I am one of seven kids and spend time with my family as much as I can. Nurturing my love for creative writing, I have been writing songs and stories for as long as I can remember and have recently been playing open mics in Asbury Park, NJ.
