Alex Zheng
Senior Electrical Engineer

When I was in university studying power system engineering, it was around the time the Chinese construction boom started. On the way to campus, I saw buildings rise up towards the sky, day by day with amazing speed. I was fascinated with these “skyscrapers” and wondered how everything worked inside those super tall concrete and steel boxes. That curiosity eventually let me become a building system electrical engineer. Since then, I am enjoying the privilege of working with architects and engineers on various types of projects — big and small — and having a better understanding of different systems inside those amazingly tall boxes. As a team, we make the buildings function and help our clients realize their vision.

“Electrical science has disclosed to us the more intimate relation existing between widely different forces and phenomena and has thus led us to a more complete comprehension of Nature and its many manifestations to our senses.”

— Nikola Tesla
