The project is located at Pier 5 in San Francisco, California.

The project included MEP design for the tenant improvement buildout of 10,874 square feet on 3 floors at Pier 5 in San Francisco for 8VC Capital. The design included MEP systems for new interiors, open and enclosed offices, collaborative spaces and meeting rooms.

MEYERS+ was also tasked with the upgrade & replacement of all existing air handling systems as well as all air distribution systems throughout the entirety of Pier 5 South to accommodate the new architectural design.

MEYERS+ provided full engineering services for design bid build scope.
