CENTER A+B & WALNUT
3333 California will include up to 744 residential units, 186 homes for low-income seniors, a childcare center, and 35,000 SF of community-serving retail. Our vision is to create one of the healthiest residential communities in the world, incorporating five acres of publicly-accessible open space with integrated health and fitness, wellness service connections, healthy food, and cutting-edge healthy buildings.
The project consists of the adaptive re-use of the “Center Office Building” which was partially demolished and repurposed as two separate but connected buildings. Center A includes 89,730 SF with 51 residential units, Center B includes 231,670 SF with 139 residential units, as well as below grade parking.
The Walnut Building is a 359,568 GSF mixed-use residential development within the redevelopment of 3333 California Street in San Francisco. The project includes 87,000 GSF of senior housing and 71,018 GSF of market-rate residential units, supporting a diverse residential community. Ground-floor uses include 18,496 GSF of warm shell retail and 14,028 GSF dedicated to childcare, providing neighborhood-serving amenities. The project also incorporates 164,531 GSF of underground parking to support residents and visitors while maintaining an active, pedestrian-oriented streetscape.
