DUC ALEMANY LIBRARY RENOVATION

The project includes upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the Alemany Library remodel. The first floor will feature the Center for University Partnerships and Community Engagement, group study areas, a check-in desk for reserving rooms, and plenty of space for

studying and socializing The second floor will feature a digital portfolio lab, conference rooms, and group study rooms.

The large open space will be used for integrative coaching and as a quiet study area. The learning commons will feature seating areas for studying and socializing. Doors directly across from the main library entrance will provide access to the outdoor plaza.

MEYERS+ provided full engineering services for building assessment and schematic design.
