I grew up on a farm in a small town in Illinois. This meant when something broke, you had to know how to fix it. I’ve always loved fixing and building things, but it wasn’t until a drafting class in high school that I found a direction for this passion. This direction led me to Architectural Engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. In downtown Milwaukee, surrounded by classic American and German styles, I grew to love architecture and construction. Upon graduating, I found myself working in the Sports Architecture industry. As a lifelong athlete, this was a perfect blending of my passions.
I’ve since fine-tuned my purpose to designing innovative, efficient solutions that enhance the interaction between humanity and their built environments. I’m excited about bringing my unique experiences to the mechanical team at MEYERS+. It is rewarding being a part of a design team that helps shape the Bay Area.
Did you know?
My favorite Bay Area activities are climbing, gravel biking, and trail running. If I’m not out getting dirty, you can find me at a museum or uncovering the next neighborhood dive bar.
