Plumbing/Fire Protection Design Engineer
I was born and raised in Southern California. I grew up around a family of engineers, and when they realized I exceled at math and physics, they encouraged me to follow the same path. I made a “big” move to Northern California to attend UC Davis for Civil Engineering. My passion for water conservation developed while studying at Davis. During my last quarter, my senior project consisted of designing a grey water recycling system for the Davis Cannery Neighborhood Development. Subsequently, I chose to work as a Plumbing Engineer in San Francisco and have enjoyed working on commercial, high-rise residential, retail, mixed-use buildings, and tenant interiors.
Did you know?
I was an All American Lacrosse player in high school. I played Division I Lacrosse on scholarship at UC Davis. Since my athletic career has ended, I have appreciated playing less intense sports like co-ed Softball and Bocce Ball. Although, this is not to say my competitive nature has changed.
Also, fun fact: The human sneeze has been recorded at speeds over 100 mph.
“Strive for perfection in everything you do. Take the best that exists and make it better. When it does not exist, design it.”
